After I’ve communicated once with you via email, then created a rough pass and sent it to you, and then received your feedback, that is the last time you would be able to ask for a refund. I therefore, will NOT accept refunds after doing the bulk of the work for you!

I'm OK drawing rough storyboard/design/planning thumbnails free of charge. Good animation requires thoughtful planning. That is precisely why I am charging $50 at a bare minimum for this service!
Since many people don’t design their characters with traditional animation in mind, if you have too many details such as complex markings on a creature or very elaborate (anime-esque) clothing etc, I will consider that to be complicated.
I am NOT working in an anime style with limited movement! I am influenced by Western animation styles (e.g. classic 2D 90s Disney) but animate on 3s and care about acting performance and energy!
If you are not flexible enough and are unwilling for me to adapt your character design to suit my workflow, I may decline working for you.In short, I am interpreting your character's personality and demeanour in my own style, and you may hopefully enjoy my style and interpretation!
You must pay for the add-on and provide me with info/ref for this second character as well.
Costs $50. Same as 1 character, as it's same amount of work, perhaps more! As customers are probably expecting I make the two interact in an appealing way!
If you don't want a background, don't select the option and I'll send you a transparent (or plain colour bg) final gif.
If you do want a background however, you must pay for the add-on. The background will be done in my cartoonish painterly style, often elements are exaggerated but painted with moderate detail where it needs it. It costs $30.
If you want extra effects or animated background components (e.g. leaves or snowflakes etc ) you will have to pay for the add-on.

I don't consider the character interacting with a simple prop to be an ‘effect’. Therefore, simple prop interactions are included free of charge.
I tend to export the final video at 1920 x 1080px. That is basic film resolution.
If you specifically want to use it for another purpose, e.g. avatar or banner for something, please tell me from the start.
I am OK animating suggestive (bum/tail waggles and boobie jiggles) but do NOT feel comfortable making anything more explicit and extreme than some good old jiggle-wiggles.
It will take me anywhere from 1-3 weeks. but I only say 3 at max because I have a baby to care for all on my own. I don't want to let anyone down if they think I'm slacking on their animation - cuz I'm not!
